My bank card # was changed due to fraud. $177 was due.
Sawnee did not contact me by phone, email, letter via postal service or in-person at time of shut-off. I was never sent a bill or notice. Sneaked in & cut-off service to disabled senior citizen without any notice that bill was not paid. Sawnee electric Insists on exorbitant reconnect and disconnect fees.
I was never sent a bill or notice of non-payment. I was a customer for over 20 years with automated electronic payment and paperless billing. I have now had no service for 24 hrs, and am sick.
Contacted sawnee multiple times and Public Service Commission. Thank you!
